ASNT NDT

Drill String Inspection
Drill String Inspection training covers the evaluation of drill pipes, collars, HWDPs and other related components. The training is based on applicable API standards and DS-1 Volumes 3 and 4 Standards.
Drill Pipe Inspection
Drill Pipe insepction training as per DS-1 (Cat-V and HDLS) and API 7G-2 for all Classes of Service i.e. Moderate Inspection, Critical Inspection and Additional Services Inspection. The training is based on applicable API standards and DS-1 Volumes 3 and 4 Standards.
Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) Inspection
Bottom Hole Assembly(BHA) tools i.e. Drill Bit, Drill Collars, Heavy Weight Drill Pipe (HWDP), Stabilizers, Mud Motor (PDM), Rotary Steerable System (RSS), Measurement While Drilling (MWD), Logging While Drilling (LWD), Jars. Inspection training shall comprise as per the requirements of DS-1, NS-2 and API Standards
Specialy Tools Inspection
Speciality Tools Inspection i.e. Rotary Steerable System (RSS), Mud Motor with Bent Housing, Underreamer, Shock Sub, Hydraulic / Mechanical Jar, Non-Magnetic Drill Collar, Fishing Tools (Overshot, Spear, Junk Basket). Inspection training shall comprise as per the requirements of DS-1, NS-2 and API Standards
Casing and Tubing Inspection
Casing and Tubing Inspection training as per API 5B, 5C1, DS-1 and API 7G-2, i.e., inspection training shall also comprise the OEM inspection procedures. This ensures participants gain comprehensive knowledge of both international standards and manufacturer-specific requirements for effective inspection and quality assurance.
